We are now Partridge & Associates CPA’s PLC. No change in ownership, or staff and we still offer quality accounting and tax services. Our accounting firm has over 35 years of experience and has served 1000’s of businesses and families throughout the Phoenix Metro area. Joy Partridge
Certified Public Accountant | Managing Member
Ms. Partridge has been practicing in public accounting for 25+ years. She is an authority in tax minimization strategies and planning for businesses and individuals. In addition, she is a specialist in IRS audit representation and prepares and presents cases for tax court in conjunction with tax attorneys. She is skilled in financial statement preparation including forensic accounting. She is a graduate of Arizona State University with several degrees. These include a Degree in Accounting from the W.P. Carey School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in History and music performance.
She has traveled to most of the major cities of the world and is a co-founder of the Scottsdale Philharmonic. Because of her involvement with the cultural environment of Scottsdale, she is a regular visitor at city hall and comfortably involved with many successful business in Arizona.

Michael Stock
Tax Manager
Mike has been working in public tax & accounting for 7+ years. He received his Accounting degree from Arizona State University. Michael enjoys his one-on-one relationships with his clients and is always seeking ways to better service their needs.
He is married with three children. He enjoys hiking, Ultimate Frisbee, and is a big NBA fan.

Austin Cho
CPA, MBA | Tax Specialist
Austin Cho has a Masters degree in Engineering from Cornell University as well a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. As a Certified Public Accountant, he brings to the firm a very high level of skill in the accounting field as well as his knowledge of our complex tax laws.
He has a proven track record in developing, maintaining and strengthening business relationships through expert knowledge of the financial and accounting industry. He is dedicated to client satisfaction and has a diverse knowledge in many areas of business.

Laurie Scott
Staff Accountant
Laurie graduated from ASU and received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration where she took a heavy interest in accounting. She is proficient in all aspects of bookkeeping, and a QuickBooks specialist.
Her spare time is filled with spending time with her family and she is an avid golf fan.

Dave Thoma, EA
Tax Specialist
Dave has 25 years of tax and accounting experience working closely with small and medium sized businesses. He thrives on understanding each of his client’s individual needs while thinking inside (and outside) of the box for the best possible way to assist them in maximizing their success.
Dave is happily married and he and his wife enjoy traveling and the education it brings from experiencing different cultures.

Robin Higgins
Accounting Manager
With over 15 years of public accounting experience in a CPA firm capacity, Robin shares a wealth of knowledge with financial statement preparation, QuickBooks, payroll and sales tax, new organization filings, and tax preparation. She enjoys working with clients and is always ready to assist with any questions they may have.
Robin enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts, sporting events and participating in running events and playing golf.

Anna Hinton
Certified Public Accountant | Managing Member
Anna joined our firm in 2004 and brings 20+ years of accounting experience as an Accounting Coordinator She is a QuickBooks specialist and ProAdvisor who offers extensive QuickBooks training to our clients. With her widespread knowledge of accounting, she assists each client on a very personal level in all phases of preparing accounting and financial statements.
Anna has lived in Arizona for the last 10 years with her son and husband. She enjoys hiking and site seeing in beautiful, sunny Arizona.

Matthew Schuch, CPA, MBA
Certified Public Accountant | Tax Specialist
Matthew brings over 20 years of professional tax, accounting and financial reporting experience to his role as Tax Manager. Along with an MBA in Finance from Eastern Michigan University, his double major in Accounting and Business Statistics from the University of Michigan has made him a strong addition to our team.
One of his greatest pleasures in life was passing the CPA exam. Matthew enjoys building computers, traveling and relaxing at home with a good movie.

Craig LaForte
General Manager
As an honors graduate of Arizona State University, Craig has for the past several years been our General Manager focusing on efficient productivity, client satisfaction, and staffing development. His past in successful sales management has equipped him to provide clients with the absolute best service possible in an industry that is widely considered to be extremely confusing.
He spends all of his spare time with his wife and two sons, and being regularly disappointed by the San Diego Chargers.

Carrie Thompson
Administrative Assistant
Carrie has over 10 years as an experienced office administrator with keen customer service skills. She has an extensive background in office and team management, and is detail oriented. She understands our need for accuracy combined with friendly and approachable customer service.
When she is not in the office, Carrie can be found crewing for an off-road race team, boating, or camping. Her greatest joy is introducing her daughter to new outdoor adventures.
